Every batch of the tread compound mixture is tested in the laboratory. Resulting quality protocol is archived for number of years.
Test run of tubular tyres / tubular clinchers is produced from every batch of a cord composite. These tyres are tested under extreme conditions in our dynamic laboratory for few thousand kilometers.
Every finished tyre is marked with a unique serial number – tyre birth certificate – indicating who and when built the tyre, casing material and tread material.
Tyre vulcanization is automatically computer controled. Every finished tyre comes with a protocol about the tyre vulcanization progress archived for number of years.
Every finished tubular tyre/tubular clincher is tested for air leaks. Inflated to 10 bars – 145 psi for 24 hour period.
Our final quality control specialist tests every finished tubular tyre/tubular clincher for roundness, correct size and overall finish. This is done visually and by hand, inch by inch around the tyre. Size is checked with a special measuring instrument.
